We have spent two decades installing Andersen, Marvin and Harvey windows in homes throughout Massachusetts with great results. Basements are one of the best ways to add needed space to a home. Being that they are existing footprints with utility not captured. All though the addition living space rarely counts towards total square footage, the space is realized by the owner and potential owners of the future. In law areas, bathrooms and bars are all features you can add in your basement space. Minimum head height from floor to ceiling is always the first question in mind. Then obstructions in the ceiling space. Some or all the tradesman may be present on this type of build.
